I wanted to take a minute and let you know about two of your fantastic employees.  The first employee Ernessa, I have worked with her on nearly a daily basis. We address any issues and she is always understanding of the situation and comes through with a solution. Great attitude, she is great with the drivers, and she’s very efficient!

The second employee Mr. Rodgers, is an after hours employee. I had to reach out to him last night over a delivery number and its always a dread to call a broker after hours. However, he was so polite, understanding, and offered all options. We worked through the issue and made the driver and the customer happy.
